Meet Rahiel who works on our Sales team as a Sales Enablement Manager. Read below to learn more about his time at Nextdoor!
Why did you join Nextdoor?
I was a user of Nextdoor and saw the power of enabling local communities first hand on the app. In a divided world, it felt like Nextdoor is part of the solution. When I interviewed and met the team, it was clear that Nextdoor is a place that I could learn, grow, and work on a mission I believe in. Joining Nextdoor was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
What’s been one of your favorite projects to work on?
Building out our sales onboarding program has been a great experience. Throughout the project I leaned on many different people on the team to build trainings and was constantly reminded that this is the most collaborative group of people I have ever worked with. In completion, we were able to create a welcoming onboarding experience that empowers our growing sales team to do what they do best.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? (Pre-COVID & During COVID)?
When I’m not working, you can find me cooking, cycling on weekends, or working on my photography.
